ISIS came in the summer of 2014 and nothing has been the same since. The terror group attacked Nineveh Plain cities, towns, and villages where they deliberately destroyed churches, businesses, homes, and infrastructure amounting to a US government-recognized genocide.
To support the return of thousands of families to their ancestral towns, Iraqi Christian Relief Council is launching a massive relief campaign, Operation Return to Nineveh, on November 15 to support Assyrian Christians in the rebuilding of community centers, schools, homes, and churches destroyed by ISIS. All churches in the Nineveh Plain have been destroyed or damaged, according to a source in Iraq.
Let’s rebuild together. Iraqi Christian Relief Council is accepting individual donations, infrastructure partnerships, and Western churches looking to adopt and fund the rebuilding of churches in Iraq.
