The atrocities committed by ISIS leave a lasting trauma not only in adults but in Children which in most cases last a lifetime. In 2016, in partnership with the Philos Project, ICRC hosted over 200 children at a local church hall in Amman. The young leaders who were brought to Jordan by the Philos Project engaged the kids in various fun and education activities and created a happy atmosphere to bring much needed joy to the children. The children and many mothers were served with nutritious food and delicious drinks. Until this day, parents speak about that fun afternoon hosted in the summer of 2016.
